My name is Kim Mallory. I’m a Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner.

Before 2020 I had been running through life never stopping to rest or listen to my body and I got critically ill. It took a two-year health crisis and a subsequent bone marrow transplant for me to understand the effects of stress on our bodies and the importance of the mind, body, and spirit connection.

Holistic science is based on the premise that physical, mental, and behavioral issue. They are manifestations of the body’s subtle energies. They can be treated at the root cause by addressing not only your physical being, but by also working with your emotions, past trauma, and connections to others, through my programs I teach valuable tools and techniques to heal, calm, and give you clarity.

Holistic wellness is based on the belief that we are all connected. It further believes and that our happiness is intertwined with the well-being of nature and our surroundings. True health can only be achieved when we are in harmony with ourselves and our environment.
